Our goal is to keep you in the game, free from lines and interruptions, while helping vendors increase sales through efficient ordering and tailored incentives. Seeat is provided by Seeat, a company focused on elevating fan enjoyment and optimizing stadium concessions. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Seeat service, including both the NFC ordering system and the mobile application, if you choose to use it. By accessing or using our service, you agree to follow these terms, so please read them carefully.

The Seeat service allows you to order food, drinks, and other available items directly from your seat at participating stadiums. You may access this service by tapping an NFC panel located at your seat or by downloading and using the Seeat mobile application, where available. To use Seeat, you must be physically present at a venue that supports our service and follow the instructions provided at the NFC panel or within the app. Orders placed through Seeat are fulfilled by vendors operating at the venue, and delivery is made to your designated seat based on the information you provide during the ordering process.
You agree to use Seeat only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This includes providing accurate details when placing an order, such as your seat location and payment information, and ensuring that your use of the service does not disrupt the experience of others at the venue.
